Creative partners Jennifer Sarah Blakeslee and Denise DeVore explore the tension between permanence and change in their new exhibition, Reframing the Constant. Photography freezes a moment in time, yet its meaning shifts with each new context and viewer. Building from these static flashes of memory, the artists expand them into three-dimensional worlds—fluid, evolving works that are continuously reinterpreted and transformed.

Though their individual styles differ, Jennifer Sarah Blakeslee and Denise DeVore complement each other like two halves of a shared creative mind. After collaborating for the 2025 Beacon Open Studios, they have forged a partnership rooted in mutual inspiration, honest critique, and deep respect.
