• Q.Why don’t I see any openings on the calendar?  
  A. Available spots are already booked. We add days on a monthly basis. Please check back to see if there have been any cancellations or days added, and sign up for our email list and watch our socials for updates.
• Q. May I book for a group of people to all go together?
  A. Yes. Decide the total items (e.g. 6 ornaments) you or your group want to make and chose that option on the booking page. It will show you where there is a spot for all back to back. We only need the information of the person booking the appointment, not for each person in the group. This saves you from having to check out several times and it keeps you all together making each item one at a time.
• Q. What is available to make? 
  A. We offer ornaments, bowls, flowers, pumpkins and paperweights until Nov 1, 2025.
  Starting Nov 1 only ornaments will be booked.
• Q. How much per class?  
  A. Please refer to each section below for pricing.
• Q. How long does it take? 
  A. Ornaments =15 minutes; Bowls, Flowers, Pumpkins = 30 minutes; and Paperweights about 1 hour.
  The piece needs to cool slowly overnight. They will be available for pick up the next day from noon on.
• Q. Would you ship the item that I make? 
  A. Yes! Shipping may be arranged on the day of the appointment.
• Q. What is the age limit? 
  A. The minimum age to make an ornament is 6. and 18 for everything else.
• Q. How do I move or cancel my appointment? 
  A. Please refer to the email confirmation when booking to modify your appointment. You can do this up to the day before your appointment, any later please call us.
• Q. How should I dress?
  A. Please wear closed toe shoes, covered legs and layers on top as it gets very hot near the furnace. It's a good idea to bring a water bottle as well.
• Q. How many people are in an appointment?  
  A. Each time slot is for one person only in front of the furnace, but an appointment may consist of 4 people making 4 ornaments taking just under an hour at 15 minutes per ornament. Friends and family are welcome to watch and take photos from the front of the viewing area (shown below) as everyone takes turns for their session. We only need the information of the person booking the appointment, not for each person in the group. Please note:
  Paperweights can now accommodate 2 people sharing the experience to make one paperweight.
• Q. What is the cancellation policy?
  A. Please let us know 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel and we will refund you. We reserve the right not to refund no-show appointments. Please be considerate of the glassblowers time and others who would have loved to have the appointment spot. Thank you!
